1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pak22" means the online gaming platform operating at pak22.bet, including all sub-pages, services, games, and promotional features made available through that domain.
• "Platform" means the pak22 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated software, tools, and services accessible to registered users.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by an eligible user upon completing the pak22 registration process, through which all gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are conducted.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on pak22 and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a Player's pak22 wallet in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-deposit value credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC-based identity verification and age confirmation, required by pak22 prior to processing any withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive transactional currency of the pak22 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a formal request by a Player to restrict their own access to the pak22 platform for a defined or indefinite period.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pak22 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with pak22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is treated as legally binding from the moment you complete the Account registration process. If you are acting on behalf of any third party or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms — though note that corporate or representative accounts are not permitted on pak22.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an Account on pak22, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pak22 applies a strict 21+ age restriction on all real-money play. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance held will be returned, minus any winnings derived from real-money play.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited.
3. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of pak22 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners, or technology suppliers.
4. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current and accessible email address.
5. Only one Account per person is permitted across all pak22 services. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by CNIC, mobile number, IP address, device fingerprint, or payment instrument — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6. You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into a binding agreement of this nature.

pak22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the withdrawal KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pak22 support may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your pak22 Account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, all bonus offers claimed, and all communications sent from your Account.

You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account access with any other person under any circumstances. pak22 will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify pak22 immediately via the support contact provided on the platform. pak22 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.

• You may update your contact details and communication preferences from within Account Settings at any time.
• Account username and registered CNIC number cannot be changed after registration. If a correction is required due to a genuine error, contact pak22 support with supporting documentation.
• pak22 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation where transaction volumes warrant such review.
• Inactive Accounts — defined as Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month, applied to any remaining balance, after prior written notice to the registered email address.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pak22 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposit requests are processed in real time for mobile wallet channels (JazzCash and EasyPaisa). Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account wallet, subject to the sending bank's internal processing schedule. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page and are subject to change with prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may not process withdrawals under any circumstances. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes during platform operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• pak22 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• pak22 reserves the right to perform additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal above PKR 100,000 in a single transaction or PKR 500,000 cumulatively within any 30-day period.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, pak22 may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation. Players will be notified of such holds and given an opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pak22 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be satisfied before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in each individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution table for each promotion is published on the Promotions page.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Winnings above this cap will be forfeited on withdrawal.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: pak22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer — and to void any winnings derived from it — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, collusion between accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

7. Games & Betting Rules

pak22 offers casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, and sports betting markets. The following rules apply across all game types and markets available on the platform:

• All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by pak22's pricing team and are subject to change up to the time a bet is confirmed. In-play odds may change in real time. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player.
• pak22 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances: system malfunction or technical error affecting odds or game outcome; obvious pricing error where odds were clearly mis-set; result determined to be affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any circumstances outside the normal conduct of the relevant sporting event.
• Disconnection from the platform during an active game round or live bet does not automatically void the transaction. Outcomes are determined by pak22's server-side records, which are treated as definitive in all disputes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game environment and on the relevant sports market page and may be adjusted at pak22's discretion, including for individual Accounts where risk management considerations apply.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body (Pakistan Cricket Board / ICC). Matches abandoned due to weather or other external factors are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result where applicable, or voided where no official result is declared.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and entitles pak22 to take immediate action, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, whether with or without your knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with pak22 games, place bets, or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, game providers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undocumented platform features to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through identified exploits are void and subject to reversal regardless of when discovered.
• Attempting to launder funds through the pak22 platform, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade transaction monitoring thresholds.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market using multiple Accounts or coordinating with other individuals to guarantee risk-free returns (known as "arbing" or "hedging" in violation of promotional terms).
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other obfuscation tools to misrepresent your geographic location or identity on the platform.
• Making false or misleading claims to pak22 support, including fabricated account issues, disputed transactions without valid grounds, or misrepresentation of identity during KYC procedures.

9. Responsible Gaming

pak22 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. If gambling ceases to be fun, or if you feel that you may be developing a problematic relationship with gambling, pak22 urges you to use the responsible gaming tools available within your Account settings.

The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge and can be activated immediately from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at 30-minute, 60-minute, or custom intervals to keep track of time spent on the platform during active gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary pause on your Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) at any time. pak22 processes all self-exclusion requests within one (1) hour. Once self-excluded, you may not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion by any means.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak22 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, logos, interface design, text, software code, promotional materials, and the pak22 brand name and associated marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak22 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any pak22 content without express prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any pak22 software.
• Use any pak22 trademark, brand name, or logo in connection with any product, service, or communication not affiliated with pak22.
• Create derivative works based on pak22 content or design elements.

Any unauthorised use of pak22 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

pak22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pak22.bet/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, pak22 collects the following categories of personal data from registered Players:

• Identity data: full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and scanned CNIC document (for KYC).
• Contact data: registered email address, Pakistani mobile number, and correspondence history with support.
• Financial data: deposit and withdrawal transaction records, payment instrument details (stored in tokenised form only), and wallet balance history.
• Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, session timestamps, and geolocation data where permitted.
• Gaming data: bet history, game session logs, bonus activity records, and responsible gaming tool usage.

pak22 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification partners, regulatory authorities where legally required, and fraud prevention services — all of whom are contractually bound to handle data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak22, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pak22 platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if pak22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, data transmission errors, or unauthorised access to Account information resulting from circumstances beyond pak22's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
• The outcome of any game or bet placed on the platform, which is subject to the inherent uncertainty of gambling and the certified randomness of the RNG systems used.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pak22's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pak22 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions below:

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your pak22 Account at any time by contacting support at the email address provided on the platform. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining balance after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be refunded to your registered payment instrument within 5 business days of Account closure confirmation.

Suspension or Termination by pak22: pak22 may suspend or permanently close your Account — with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

Where an Account is terminated by pak22 for breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to prohibited conduct — including winnings derived from fraudulent play or bonus abuse — may be forfeited in full. Balances attributable to legitimate deposits not involved in the breach will be returned to the Player unless otherwise directed by a relevant authority.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak22 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the pak22 platform or these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice from the complaining party, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents pak22 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or the security of the platform.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pak22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak22 will provide advance notice to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes that do not materially affect your rights or obligations may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the pak22 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
